Q: How soon
will I get my order?
A: We process all orders on the next business day.
All in stock items ship within two days of the day you place your
order. Certain larger items ship directly from the manufacturer
and may take up to three days to ship. All packages ship by UPS
standard ground with insurance and tracking. International shipments
and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii my take longer and are subject
to additional charges. If you need your order sooner, such as Overnight
Delivery, please call us toll-free at 1-877-966-GROW to check on
availability.
Q: I’ve
got nowhere to ship anything right now – can I still place
an order?
A: You bet. First call UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) and
get the address for the local terminal closest to you. Then place
your order with us (make your payment by cashier’s check,
money order, or Western Union) and have the package held for pick-up
at the terminal under your name. Just go to the terminal a few days
later and pick up your order.
