Shipping and Return PolicyCoast Hydroponics is committed to providing first-rate customer service and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you wish to return merchandise, you must first obtain a return authorization (RA#) by calling 1-877-966-GROW. We accept returns up to thirty days after the date of purchase printed on the sales receipt. Returned merchandise must be complete and undamaged; we can not take returns on special orders. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to process returns. A restocking fee may apply. If you wish to cancel your order it must be called in. Any refused package or returns to Coast Hydroponics due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient will be refunded back to your credit card minus any fees (Shipping). Coast Hydroponics is a retailer, not a manufacturer and while we will try to assist you in getting warranty service on your products it is ultimately up to the manufacturer to replace or repair equipment under warranty if one applies. We accept any of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please note: we will require the card number, expiration date, and the cardholder’s name, and the shipping address must match the billing address for the card. We also accept Western Union wire transfers made payable to Coast Hydroponics; these will take longer to process. |
