Lumatek ballasts are quite simply the best HID ballasts available today. While running cooler and quieter than conventional magnetic ballasts, Lumatek ballasts still cause HID bulbs to burn brighter - up to 20% brighter even than competeting brands of electronic ballasts. Best of all, Lumatek ballasts significantly extend the life of HID bulbs, making them burn brightly up to 50% longer, which means big savings over time. Lumatek ballasts will now fire on 120 or 240 volt circuits and will fire both MH and HPS bulbs.
